The ownership of the personal data, voluntarily provided and processed following the consultation of the site, is attributed to Consorzio Coverfil (contact e-mail address, info@coverfil.it), based in Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, a legal entity of the Regional Innovative Network Veneto Clima ed Energia.

Consorzio Coverfil, as the Data Controller, processes personal data not only for the purpose of optimizing the use of the site but also for the purposes set out in the Statute of the Regional Innovative Network Veneto Clima ed Energia, which specifically involve projects submitted to regional calls and related initiatives. 

The Data Processor for IT in relation to personal data on the www.venetoclimaenergia.it site, designated pursuant to Articles 28-29 of the GDPR, is the company DIAMENTE S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the website and as a provider, through another entity (the aforementioned company’s supplier), of hosting services for the site, including technical support, back-up, and implementation of adequate physical-environmental and logical security measures on personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.

The IT systems and software procedures used by DIAMENTE S.r.l. for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The “authorized personnel” of Consorzio Coverfil, as Data Controller, as well as DIAMENTE S.r.l., as the IT Data Processor, will manage and store the personal data collected through the use of the site and its various functionalities requested by the user, with automated and/or paper tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily communicated by the user.

Under no circumstances will data be disseminated, nor will it be used for profiling purposes.

Specific security measures, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, including the use of up-to-date antivirus software on a daily basis, are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access. In this regard, users are reminded of the opportunity, beyond the antivirus systems adopted by the site operator, to equip their own workstation with an adequate system for prevention and scanning against virus attacks.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
