Information pursuant to Articles 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Article 122 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and the General Provision of the Privacy Authority dated 8 May 2014
1. Data Controller and Data Processor
The website www.venetoclimaenergia.it (the “Site”) is managed by Consorzio Coverfil, an organizational unit of Confindustria Verona, a territorial association, which therefore assumes the role of Data Controller of the personal data present on it (based in Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, contact email address info@venetoclimaenergia.it).
The IT Data Processor of personal data on the Site is appointed, pursuant to Articles 28-29 of the GDPR, to the company DIAMENTE S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the Site and as a provider, through another entity (the aforementioned company’s supplier), of hosting services for the site, including technical assistance, back-up, and implementation of adequate physical-environmental and logical security measures on personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.
2. Cookies Used
The Site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view its pages. Users who access the Site will have small amounts of information placed on their devices, whether computers or mobile devices, in small text files, called “cookies” and saved in the directories used by each user’s web browser.

2.1 Site Operator’s Cookies
Among those highlighted above, the Site operator exclusively uses “technical” cookies, defined as those used solely for the purpose of “transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary to the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service” (Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code).
For the installation and use of these cookies, prior user consent is not required as they are necessary cookies that are essential for the proper functioning of applications.
These include browsing or session cookies, aimed at ensuring normal navigation and usage of the Site, and thus intended to make navigation functional and optimized within it.
2.2 Third-Party Cookies
There are analytics cookies sent by third-party domains external to the Site to collect information on how users use the Site in an anonymous form, such as pages visited, time spent, traffic sources, geographic origin, age, gender, and interests for marketing campaigns.

3. Installation / Uninstallation of Cookies: Browser Options

– In the “Cookies” tab, it is possible to deselect cookies and save your preferences
Safari:
– Open Safari
– Choose “Preferences” from the toolbar, then select the “Security” panel in the following dialog box
– In the “Accept cookies” section, it is possible to specify if and when Safari should save cookies from websites. For more information, click the Help button (marked with a question mark)
– For more information on the cookies stored on your computer, click on “Show cookies”
4. Links to Other Sites
Some pages of the Site may contain links to other websites not under the responsibility of the Site manager and with which it does not share personal data.
