The website<\/i> www.venetoclimaenergia.it<\/b><\/span> (the \u201cSite\u201d) is managed by Consorzio Coverfil<\/b>,<\/span> an organizational unit of Confindustria Verona, a territorial association, which therefore assumes the role of Data Controller of the personal data<\/b> present on it (based in Piazza Cittadella 12, 37122 Verona, contact email<\/i> address info@venetoclimaenergia.it<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

The IT Data Processor<\/b> of personal data on the Site is appointed, pursuant to Articles 28-29 of the GDPR, to the company DIAMENTE S<\/b>.r<\/b>.l<\/b>., with its registered office at Via Archimede 10, 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo (Verona), which developed the Site and as a provider, through another entity (the aforementioned company’s supplier), of hosting<\/i> services for the site, including technical assistance, back-up<\/i>, and implementation of adequate physical-environmental and logical security measures on personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n
